Yes, that was interesting. Our boss hired a cheap repairman to install the water heater and softener in the office. We are running a digital printing business in the town. Serving more than 10.000 happy customers. And that was before the accident come and turn our business 180 degrees.
I really recommended to hire people from vini tankless to install the device in the wall. But their price is too high and my boss doesn't want it and she goes for few hours and back with a guy we don't know.
Hell yeah, he is a repairman that she hired with $2 per hour rate. Exteremely Awesome. I don't know where she found him.
Because our space in the office was small and this digital printer is giant, then we only can placed the heater device in the same room.
And worst thing come, the installation was fallen in the 14th day. The device was down because bad installation and hit our finished banner and make it burn. Unfortunately no one get hurt, but our work was broken.
Mad customers come and they are look not happy because we can't give what we promised. And this make we lost trust from them and the word spread along social media.
Now it feel so hard to run this business, I hope she was never did that mistake with hired someone outside the vini site and lead the disaster.
